I have been looking for a job for 10 months already, I had gone through a lot of interviews and nothing happened. I tried to look for a job that is way far from my profession as a nurse and still I have been refused. The first week of December I got two text messages from two big hospitals in our place for an interview! and I was like bursting into happiness. First of all these two hospitals were my goal when I passed my board exam, and now they are knocking on my door. I am so thankful but im in topsy-turvy at this moment. I don't know what to choose if ever I'll be hired. I am sure I did great with my two interviews and im on the process of the application. Which hospital , I should choose? will I go to a great, ideal environment but not so good salary or will I choose the very stressful environment, but salary is better? what you think ?

In my opinion,I think you as a girl, may be you should choose a great, ideal environment but not so good salary job, because it will more stable and when you choose the stressful job you will grow older more fast, and this kind of job is not stable at all.

think about your long-terms goals with each hospital. do you want to be promoted? is there a department or specialty you want to focus on? which hospital can give you that? a less stressful environment can get boring, but it can also be a place to gain experience and save money in preparation for the next job or workplace. a challenging workplace can burn you out, but your experience can have depth and breadth in a short time. it depends on your personality.
