Help! How to cure a stiff Neck?

I'm suffering from a stiff for three days already. It's really annoying because I want to concentrate on my work and feel comfortable. I've tried to read info from the internet but I don't know if they really work. Well, I just want to share this to the people of myLot and at least have some tips gain. Thanks!
