I was walking on the streets and was a lady in very high heeled shoes; the truth is she was struggling to walk. I think one should wear such high heeled shoes when they are to cover very minimal distances on foot.

It depends with the person wearing it. Some are used to wearing them but others just keep trying them in order to be in fashion yet they are harming themselves. They should consult friends whether such items are good for them or not.

I don't own a pair of high heeled shoes. I couldn't learn to walk in those things even if I wanted to. I think high heel shoes is why a lot of women have problems in their feet, legs and back. You know it can't be good for your feet and legs to walk with your feet elevated like that everyday. Another thing is that the toes are so narrow and they can cause bunions, corns and may even cause hammer toes. I really don't know why women feel it necessary to wear shoes like that. I want my feet to be comfortable. I mostly wear boots or sneakers. If I go to church I get a nice pair of flats or wear a nice pair of sneakers. I'm not going to sacrifice comfort and risk damage to my feet, ankles and legs, just for the sake of vanity. I don't think heels are suitable, but that's just my opinion. They're not for me.
