Since I was still in college, studying, cramming and thesis making.. until I graduate, worked on 3 different companies, doing office works, completing everything in the office, encountering different kinds of attitude of co-employees, and all that. I used to carry on my bag a pack of advil, because for me its a life saver. Because I usually have migraines of headache specially if I have a lot of work and very very toxic, and I just take one advil and my pain would be gone. I don't want to go to the clinic since they're always busy to other stuff.

Ibuprofen is really effective against headaches and migraines, but I suggest you consult your doctor on how much you could take per day. Too much or too frequent usage has negative side effects like stomach pains and stuff. And I think it somehow diminishes its effectiveness if you take it very often.

I'd already consulted my doctor before about this one and she told me that it is ok. And I think the worst effect of using pain medications often is my pain tolerance might become very low and sensitive to pain. And also kidney and liver problems. Thank you for your concern.
