Rape had become a way of taking revenge

Rape and throwing Acid on women have become a routine part of daily newspaper and News bulletin on NEWS channels. I personally feel the rapist if caught should be castrated. And on his forehead it should be written that he is a rapist. And on all his identity proof it should be mentioned that he is a rapist. He should be also made to carry that he is un-humanistic creature in this world. Coming to why a man rapes a women, it could be answered by someone who has committed it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, today people have more of a revenge type mindset and this is leading to more such heinous crimes. I think this is also the lack of a strong law against such crimes which is also helping the criminals. I think the mindset of the people has to change in order to get a change in our society on a serious terms. People who are doing rapes are not only spoiling the lives of the victim but also they are setting a bad name for the entire society. What say?

Most rape offenders need therapy. No insane man will resort to these kind of criminal activities. The latest rape in India was something so gruesome that only the insane could do that. It is also possible that increasing their libido with stuff like viagara could partly take the blame. Just a thought.

Those men who resort to these actions are insane! They think they feel great by having that control over females who have no strength to get away from them.
