Yes u are absolutely right, the duty of a teacher should not be only to complete the syllabus of a particular subject but also to inspire his or her student and to make him or her students aware of different issues in life and some morals. This is the way the duty of a teacher is completed. They are the torch bearers of our society and they have the power to groom our future generation and mold them to responsible citizens. What say?
