Perfume Lovers - You Must Check This Site Out

I'm not trying to sell you anything so don't worry lol.
No, the site in question is called Fragrantica.com and it's absolutely brilliant for finding out if an old perfume you had in the past is still being made (sadly, both Givenchy Organza Indecence and Cacharel's Gloria have been discontinued) plus you can find out if some perfumes are being re-formulated. In other words, if you're paying the same money for a perfume you love and find out it's been 'messed with' and ends up not being like the original. In the 80s I went a bit mad with my perfumes and even had Opium by YSL at one point. Sadly, that's one of the re-formulated ones now.
I can spend ages on the site. I find it fascinating, plus the fact it lists sites you may find the perfume you're looking at ON...in order to buy.
What perfume would I like?
Well, I quite like strong-smelling, unusual perfumes and I've never purchased Passion by Elizabeth Taylor in the past. Review after review says it's lovely and SHOULD be way more expensive than it is, which suits me down to the ground. I'm a classy broad, like Liz herself lol.
I only wish there were more matching 'things' to go with these perfumes. There tends to be the bog-standard body lotions (and Passion is made in a dusting powder format as well, something I had Obsession in many years ago, it was fab) but there doesn't seem to be shower gels, for example. The last one I had was Givenchy Amarige Mariage..in fact I had the full set as I couldn't get Indecence anymore.
I still have a tiny amount of Indecence 'body veil' though and I'm saving it for New Year's Eve!

Thank you very much for sharing this information! Upon reading the discussion title "Perfume Lovers- You Must Check This Site Out", my first impression is that you are trying to endorse some websites that sell nice perfume. For I am a perfume lover myself and trying to seach for websites that sell original perfume online.
I will try to look into this anyway and check the perfumes that I wanted to see if they are reformulated or not.

I'm not much on perfumes, in part because I have a problem with the propellents. Most either don't have a different scent to me, or they stink like bug spray. There are some that I do like, but generally they don't smell good on me, something about body chemistry.

Yes, I do know that perfumes don't suit everybody. Mum has to be careful, otherwise her neck turns bright red!

I have never used perfume and probably never will. I prefer the scent of my bath soap and handcreme. I saw that site a few years ago when I was looking for my daughters favorite perfume. Lucky for me they had it at a great price.

Wow that sounds like a neat site. I remember when I was in high school I loved this perfume called ambush. I happened to find the same named perfume in my grandmothers house from gosh probably 20 years or so before that and it smelled terrible nothing like the scent I loved at the time.
My friend loved these gummi bear perfumes and they went out of business so my friends husband knowing how much she loved the perfumes called the company and bought the last 5 bottles they ever made. Not sure how much he paid but I'm sure it was a great present for her as once those bottles run out she will never be able to buy it again.

That's really great news for perfume lovers. But personally I am against perfumes and I support natural odors alone. We have identification with natures smell in so many occasions and perfumes may spoil that.........like two people using the same perfume cannot be easily differentiated.

I think that's the reason why I like unusual perfumes or ones that have a 'fresh' smell to them. Year ago I used to buy a really nice orange blossom body spray from Boots but it got discontinued. I was gutted! It's happened loads of times..the more natural-smelling fragrances are discontinued in favour of the mass-produced 'celebrity-endorsed' versions, some of which smell AWFUL!

It is very bad that the World is in favor of the majority people. Yes, most good things are not continued for the only reason that it is not favored by the mass. But still we may be proud to be the minority people who know the secrets of life and celebrate without the know how of others.

I seldom use perfumes. Only bath soap and deodorants. I don't like the smell. I found it not good when I smell it. Some people use perfumes when they have no time to take a bath. I don't like that. Some people smell good because of the perfume they put on their body but real is they smell like goat.

I couldn't use perfume without showering or washing first, it wouldn't smell the same.
