Which is the best mobile to buy in low cost below Rs.5000/- in India

I lost my mobile on 24th evening at Secunderabad Railway station. I was gone to Kerala with my family. While coming back due to some misunderstanding we went to Platform No.3 to catch the train. When reached our compartment and found this is the wrong train. Our train is there in Platform No.8. With a huge luggage and short of time, we went to platform No.8 and catch the train. After siting in the train I found that my mobile is lost within a 10 mnts time. When I tried to my mobile from another mobile and found that the person got the mobile has made it Switched off. As I understood that my mobile is received by a wrong minded person. Immediately I inform the mobile customer call centre and blocked all the incoming calls and outgoing calls. Now my question is which is the model of mobile can be purchased with low cost i.e. below Rs.5000/- in India which has the internet connectivity talk to you all and surfing other activities too? Could you please suggest me a good one. Some body told my to buy Sumsumg and others telling to by Nokya Asha 305. Please suggest me.
