I attended a 2 days' course on basic tourism and one of the things I've learned is how to be an active listener to our guests. It was very humorous. Okay I'll share with you two of the goodies... Write 1234. " FABICDVELETGHIJTEKLMRS". Take out 5 letters. Now what are your answers? Think hard, think creatively. Don't forget!! This involves active listening. Ready for the answers... 2444. I am sorry but I can not get your humor,why the answer for write down 1234 is 2444? and regarding to the 5 letters may be I can understand but I do not know my answer is right or wrong,so could you explain to me together?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i am glad to know that u had attended a 2 day's course on basic tourism and most importantly u had pointed out that u have learned to become a good listener and i am sure this will help u in grabbing new things in the future. I think it is very important to be a good listener first so that u can capture all good things first and reject all negative things. Two questions that u had posted were really fun to solve, i must say. What say?
