When top order batsmen fell like 9 pins,Aswin saves India from an innings defeat

India has gone down to 239/9,where all other batsmen crashed like 9 pins,Aswin played a mamoth innings of 83 to save India from an innings defeat.I know that the 32runs lead is not enough but still we managed to save ourselves from a big defeat.on the other end,Ojha is providing a not out company to Aswin.Lets hope that aswin can bat day long at least to draw the match.Other batsmen,specially Dhoni should learn a lesson from it.

Ashwin is some serious run scorer, he can bat brilliantly at times...I personally feel he should be a batsmen first, who can bowl good...so that he fills in the capacity of an allrounder, again so he can fill up a batsmen place and bring an additional bowler into the team...boy this fellow has some real talent...thanks to him that India did not have a hard&crushind defeat.

Yeah,this is not the first time Aswin is showing his batting skills..he has shown earlier also and in IPL too...he was the only not out player.Had it been aswin in place of ojha,india could have dragged a little bit more.

Ashwin probably has been India's best batsman in the series apart from Pujara. He was really unlucky to have missed out on a century. But he has been off late developing better as a batsmen. The sad part though is that his wicket taking abilities seem to be on the wane!! Cheers! Ram

Aswin showed that Indian players have still potentials. But, as a team that aren't inspired and utilized. Captain seems to be a distant man to many players. Today England won and Aswin remained not out at 91.
