I'm a 19yr old boy.for last 1 year i was suffering from a bit high blood pressure.I consulted doctors who advised me to go for lipid profile tests, creatinin, and prostate usg tests and all reports were normal. He put me on a medicine course but the pressure remained a bit high. From last month i started walking daily in the evening and you wont believe,it came down to normal.Walking is really a fine cure.

You are only 19 and suffering already with hypertension... Well, I am 31 already and luckily have not into like that but my friend who is at my age got stroked last year because of hypertension. She is now half paralyzed and I always closed to tears seeing her once I give her a visit. You know, your discussion is helpful though. You are sharing the good benefits of walking. Actually, I know it then that walking is really good to anyones health. Well, I just want to congratulate you for this nice and knowledgeable discussion you had made. Happy mylotting!

Hi friend, sad to hear about your health issue. Too much of tension will cause high BP, so avoid your tensions. I heard that swimming is good for high BP, so join swimming classes and learn it to solve your issue, all the best
