Why I'm quitting / myLot

I'm quitting McDonald's because it wasn't worth working there for 40 bucks every two weeks. I use to get great hours there. at one point it was 200 bucks every 2 weeks but then they mass hired and I loss a lot if all of my hours.

Hi... You took a wise decision... No one would appreciate downgrading from 200 to 40... I can imagine, all the experienced staff must be quitting... One likes to see the salary go up... We'd hate to see it go down, and it feels awful when the difference is so big... I am wondering, why McDonalds came up with an absurd idea like 'mass hiring' to reduce the payout... I'd thought that they gave preference to quality...

If you do not like working there, quiting is the right choice. Try to find a new job. Good luck.
