Should I try wearing a hat?

Do you mean a hat like cowboy you want to wear? It's does not matter whether young or old all can wear a cowboy hat.

This is a nice question actually..i have seen many teenagers with this dilemma. Is someone stopping you or teasing you when you wear hats? or anything like that? You can always try out new looks on yourself as far as you are happy with it. So my friend go ahead and buy a hat that's suited to you :)

My husband just turned 23. He doesn't wear baseball caps, but he wears fedoras every once in a while and he looks very nice in them. Yes, a young gentleman can wear a hat and look well in doing so!

Yes, younger people absolutely can wear hats in this day and age. I think, if you are even considering getting a hat, just go for it. Don't sit around and think 'maybe I should do this' or 'maybe I should do that', just go for it. You obviously have the desire to wear a hat, if you're thinking about it this much. Just do it, you may love it, and what happens if you hate it? You stop wearing it. Then you'll know, that you don't like wearing hats. But, you'll never know if you don't just go for it.

I have seen very few boys of your age wearing hat as fashion that too when they ride the bike or sit behind friend's bike or when they go on beach or for picnic. But going wearing a hat everyday, whenever they goes like to college or shopping I have not noticed anyone. After all it is your choice about whether to wear or not wear the hat daily.

Well, at least in my country (italy), does not use all that a boy of 19 years old, going around with a hat. There would certainly be ridiculed. However, that said everyone is freed to do what he likes, obviously without disturbing others. However, I also do not know if customs in your country, I can not imagine a boy nineteen years old with a hat!

One of the teen age girls in our congregation has a red felt hat that she wears with everything. I say that if you find a hat you like, go for it. Make it a part of your image.

I guess younger people can wear hats during appropriate occasions. When you are in he beach specially when it's so hot to cover our heads and faces from direct sunlight.

I think hats are not made for any particular age, it can be donned by any one at any age. So u should not think about any one else and if u think u can flaunt it well then u should grab one for yourself. In fact even i wear hats at this age and i have never felt embarrassing any time in my life. What say?

yes you can wear any thing u want. You need to find one that compliments your featurs. cowboys wear them all the time. find one you like and try it. you may start a trend. get a friend to wear a hot too, you may enjoy it, if you have a gf get her tohelp you shop fir it. Girls like tobe a part of something,and enjoyu shopping.

Wearing hat is not a sin and it's one of item of fashion and it also prevents someone from direct contact with sunlight and also there's no specific age of having it! Go ahead in fact you'll get those who will admire to have it on.

Hat is not bad to wear. In fact, it is one of the additive in a men's outfit. It depends on you if you are comfortable to wear it or not. I do see a a lot of boys here in our country using hats and they are comfortable with it.

I think it is OK for you to wear hat at your age. It is 21st century. People wear hats for fashion or for keep warm. It depends on what your style is. If you like, just wear a hat. It is OK.

Hi! I fail to understand what prevents you or who prevents you from not wearing a hat. You are at full liberty to wear anything, if you feel like and feel comfortable in it. You should not bother what others might think about you.

Why don't you just go to the shop and try them on. You can decide after if you really want to purchase them. I don't think there's something wrong with wearing a hat, but in my country, nobody wears hats. Most would just wear caps if they would want to. I don't like Elton John, nor do I approve of him. But I should mention that in his earliest days he was pictured in a hat and dark glasses, and somewhat later, when he was famous but not yet "come out" as gay, he performed in a hat.

Wow, my 19 year old grandson wears hats, caps, skullies..he wears them all,,it is absolutely kool and I am sure you will look great. So go buy yourself a hat or two and be in style...LOL

The only real reason why young people wear hats is because of school. I mean if we were allowed to wear hats everybody would do it and not just but it for show. Do what you want and wear that hat!
