Yup. Its snowing this morning and we are supposed to get a couple of inches. It has snowed before but didn't stick, or melted before it hit the ground. I love having a touch of snow around the holidays. And besides we are in a serious draught area and can use any amount of moisture we can get...another Christmas gift to our area! Is there a certain sign that Christmas is near for you? Parades, weather?

There is no sign of Christmas here besides people putting up trees and lights. We are not expecting snow anytime soon. We are just getting rain and that's about it. The weather has been in the 40's and 50's and going to be all the way til next weekend. But who knows maybe it will snow right before Christmas, would be nice to have some snow for Christmas so it looks more like it. Kinda odd to have strange weather like this, this time of year, but I'm not complaining at all as I travel for work.

Well, until yesterday morning, I had not seen any snow around here since like last yr. when we had the Big ice snow storm. I would Love to see more of this next week on Christmas but you never know. We got just a small dusting here, but some areas did get a little more than us, and some nothing. So it really depends on where you are at, but Snow this time of yr is pretty.

I have to admit that snow always does put me in the Christmas spirit, but we've yet to have any snow this year and I don't see a chance of snow anywhere in sight right now on our forecast. However, there are other things that make me think of the Christmas season as well. For example, I love seeing all of the beautiful Christmas decorations that people put out in their front yards and such during the holiday season. I just really can't believe that Christmas is only two weeks away.

Yes, I can now feel the Christmas here in our country because of the cold breeze of the air. There are a lot of Christmas decorations most especially in those public places. I can feel the smile of the people because of their excitement to do much awaited Christmas parties and gatherings. All are busy shopping for gifts for themselves and for their loved ones. I can hear Christmas song every where.

In our country, we do not have snow. I always wish I can experience one. I can imagine how fun it would be to play outside the house with the snows filling the ground. Moreover, in our country we are still having cold weather coming from the cold wind from the North Pole. This year seems to be different though. It's already December, yet it still isn't that cold. We are expecting the cool breeze by now. Probably it will be a bit late now due to the changes in weather.

Our weather has been mild for December. No snow yet in the midwest. Last night I heard it pouring around 1am but it wasn't quite cold enough to snow. Later the thunder woke me and it was pretty intense. Got up this morning and guess the thunder and lightening turned off my computer. We are suppose to get a few flurries later tonight but no accumulation. Having a White Christmas is always so pretty. If only it would snow on the grassy areas and not on the streets..lol

I find it hard to get into the Christmas spirit without snow.. but we haven't had much yet this year. Nothing has really stuck yet. Though, there's a part of me that's not complaining, LOL.

Well- it just gets a little cooler at Christams and we have a breeze that we call the Christmas breeze. The poinsettias are now in bloom and white euphobia. This red and white also signifies Christmas. I have my Chrstmas tree up and have gifts for the family - small for adults and larger for grands. I hope to bale my Christmaspuddings either tmorrow or Wednesday. The twins have a Carol Service at school this evening and my GD is dancing so yes - it is beginning to look like Christmas

Where I live it is snowing right now. It is more of a rain/snow mix. Later to day it is suppose to be all snow. Some of it is sticking. They predict 2 inches by tommorrow. We had snow friday night. Like a nice dusting. It was all gone by the end of the day. I like seeing snow around Christmas but it still doesn't get me in the Christmas spirit! I've tried to find it but it is nowhere to be seen!

Here in the Philippines, as early as September you will hear a sign that Christmas is near . Christmas songs are already being played on radio stations.
People are starting to shop for Christmas gifts because they know that when you shop when it's nearing Christmas, prices are already so dear.
Commercials are about Christmas foods etc. Christmas lights abound in establishments, and that's a way of saying that it's finally starting to look like Christmas.

The only sign of Christmas here are the Christmas lights that they put up on the streets. You cannot even feel the breeze of Christmas here because of the hot weather. Years back, when Christmas is approaching, I am already wearing sweatshirts. But now, I have to turn on the air-conditioner just to cool the room temperature. I guess weather has changed. Parades? nah.. nothing. Not even Christmas carols.

We had small amounts of snow, but it never stayed, also there was not enough to really talk about.I hate the winter as it makes my health worse than it already is.I like to see the snow, but not to go out in it.
I can not wait until christmas day and do not mind if it snows then, but prefer the summer for the warmth.

Funny thing is I just said to my husband yesterday-"Isn't it nice?" His answer was "roads are going to be slick". My sons all said "as long as it doesn't need shoveling". All the while I'm looking for the channel that plays nothing but Christmas music. My living room during this Christmas has room for a few Christmas decorations and a large space to add lots of presents! I don't know how we did it but, we always had a very merry Christmas no matter how broke we were.

I can sense Christmas is in the air. When I go to supermaket, the stuff there wear Christmas clothes and Christmas carol fill the whole supermaket. Besides, lots of people go shopping, nuy Christmas gifts. But what makes me disappointed is it is not ver cold here. That means It cannot snow here. Anyway, merry christmas.
