Gmail Mobile Verify Problem.

I have a farm with various sectors. For each sectors I need to create different emails. But After creating 10 mail google says that i am crossed the level to verify mobile to create a new mail ID. But I have to create Gmail ID not Yahoo or other. I have just one phone number. Now what should do for me?
