Could you define about who you are truly? as long as my knowledge about metaphysic, human being is always say "me" or "I" to mention their self. But, what or where is you call as "me" or "I". It's looked so simple question. But, if you could answer it, you've found you as a leader on your self.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well in my opinion, it is very difficult to define who we really are as it is a very philosophical question and the more we try to find an answer to it, the deeper we get into it and get confused. But we should remember the fact that out life is unpredictable, uncertain and temporary and we are here on earth to perform our tasks after which we would be leaving this place forever.
What say?

Of course. But, the benefit is real. Lets take an example: in relaxing process, you can start to ask any question to your self. Then, you can hear some voices answer it. Usually, if the answer was homogeneous, you can easily decide your choice. But how if the answer was heterogeneous, we some kind of leader, it's you.
The next question is who are you? The clue is who is always deciding the final choice. It's needed to make your life directed, capable of taking right decision, then sure about your responsibility on its impact.
