Burden too much in China!

maybe you have been to China before,you know,this is beutiful country,montains and rivers,famous interest places.
but now,the cost of the life is higher and higer,the sarary is not higher together.every one hope they can buy a house just belong to theirsleves,me too.
I buy a house,and a shop for business,too much burden,even though I hope I can give up,I pay for the initial lump sum,this is all money I earn with my BF,and then I should work for 30 years,and pay about 1000usd every month!!!!oh,I think I am crazy,after we buy the house,we don't want to go shopping,don't want to go to everywhere that it would cost,I know this is not good for us,but when I pay,I think about our debt,then not too much interests on anything!
wow,I should work too hard again,now!!! :(

At least you have an investment. Your house. It's really hard to buy a house nowadays even on other countries. Especially here in the Philippines because the wage is really low. You just have to look at the brighter side of your decision since the house is already there. Who knows? Your business may bloom in a few years time and you can take a vacation or retire early. Maybe 2013 can bring new fortune for you. Just be positive and think that there are lots of people working hard like what you're doing now. You're not alone, sister.

thank you for your encourages,my English is not very good,so I hope I can express well.
I would like to work hard,but I found it seems that I get lost some,boring every days!
as befoer,I would ask my BF to travel,contact with strangers,make friends,we go to shopping,movies,and so on,but now,we just work and work,we should stop this life,I should tell him about your words,hope we can be positive!
is the house really expencive in your country?

tell you the truth,after our payment of the house/shop,no any deposit in our pocket,too boring everyday,I should work and work and set up my website,I believe I will get better in future!thank you again for your nice words to me dear!

Burden too much in China! Yes...... though I am still a college man. Future is not clear at all with the fast step of our society! But life is struggle, and life is not itself anymore without strggle! right? Philosophy it is, hehehe. Wish you a good future with you BF. bf... I'm still alone, wuwuwu...

Both of you must sit down and try to sort things up.
When will the shop ready? Can you rent it out to cover
your installment payment / loan repayment. I too are
tied up, that is why I have to look for a nine to five
job to cover my expenses. We too have recently bought a
versatile office unit and it cost a bomb! Hopefully we
can rent it out once it is ready in few years time. Yes,
the cost of living it sky rocketting every year. All the
best...

Dear friend,I think you are right!
our shop is opening,and at the same time,we open a website shop,actually,we just hope we can do the job for ourselves,and don't want to work for bosses again,you know,we try our best to work hard,but the boss think we can do more and ask us to do more and more,we just get the fre part of the profits,boss get all.
so,we don't want to rent,just work for ourselves,freedom!
