Yep, we are getting some cooler weather, but being that it is Texas I'm not sure how long it is going to last. It still kind of felt like summer here. I am so used to it being a lot cooler around Christmas time and not so warm. I believe there is a cold front coming in and then I think in a matter of a week it will warm right back up again. I hope not, I'd love for the cold weather to stick around at least for Christmas. I like staying bundled up in blankets and drinking hot cocoa.
How is the weather with everyone else. Is it cool were you are are is the warm weather just sticking around a little bit too long.

I am in southern Oklahoma and we woke up to a dusting of snow this morning. The mountains were treacherous according to the highway patrol and there were problems on the North South interstate in that area. It will warm back up by the end of the week, I think. We set record highs just last week for this time of the year. It should be up near 50 tomorrow and I don't consider that 'cold'. We will be in the 60's by the weekend. I would love to have a really cold spell with lots and lots of snow, but I may have to move a lot farther north. Not sure what part of TX you are in but a friend in West TX around the Lubbock area took pics of snow there.

I'm not sure were lubbock I've heard of the place but I never remember where it is. Wow they got snow there though? I am still hoping for some snow, but I doubt we'll get it. I'm in San Antonio. I think though if I ever want to see snow, we should move up further north as well. Cause once in a blue moon we'll get snow and you have to be in the right part of San Antonio to see it. I think maybe last year or the year before we got a little snow and it was nice to see. For that short period.

Lubbock is West Texas south of Amarillo quite a ways. I'm not familiar enough with Texas to spot it any better. It is home of the Raiders, by the way! I have been to San Antonio many times. I was in the Air Force there and also came there a couple of years ago for a business trip. Love what they did with the river walk. It was just starting when I was there in the military many, many years ago! I can't imagine it being cold there, let alone snowing! It is wonderful to live in a nation that one can choose the type weather and then move to that part of the nation to live if they want. We have temperature ranges from the arctic in Alaska to the tropics in Hawaii. What a great nation! Enjoy your winter!

Yeah I agree they did do a nice job with the riverwalk. It is really nice there now. I know its hard to imagine it ever snowing here I think it was last year or the year before we got a bit of snow. And then it melted later. But it was nice to see it for awhile.

Around by the mountains of Tai ,weather changes enormously from summer to winter as most people might say .But through the Winds direction ,clothes ,plants ,we could notice the little evolution of weather .Now it is -5 .C here freezing cold outside, but summer-like in the dormitory !

I hate the cold weather and especially snow. We finally saw the sun for about 2 hours yesterday and now it is back to lots of clouds and feeling like rain or snow. I don't like to go out in the snow because I don't get around that great. You sound very comfy and cozy. My daughter live in CA and won't come back home because of the weather and I don't blame her.

Being in a tropical country it normally is cold at this time of the year here but weather has been funny the whole year and maybe since last year. I mean our summer this year was rainy, and it normally should just be hot. It can be hot in one moment and rain hard in just an instant, and it really is bothersome to not be sure what the weather is everyday. I don't really rely on weather forecasts. Right now it is cloudy outside and it looks like it might rain, but somehow I think it won't.

That sounds like pretty much the same how its been here. We've had weird weather. It normally takes awhile for it to get cold here, but when it does it is normally cold around Christmas and all that even Halloween, here, it felt like summer on Halloween. It did rain a lot during our summer too.
