Hi, mylotters, how was your day? As we know, nowadays, there are more choices in our career. Transition is very popular both for an organization or individuals. It is not difficult for you to find a teacher running business, a successful business man go to a college to be a professor. And also you can find some companies are doing things having no relation with their traditional business. There is no doubt that a few of individuals or companies are very talented. They make successful transition. But most ones are common. So,perseverance in one aspect is very important in impetuous era. Hi, mylotters, what's your idea about that? Are you the person who always prepare to change?

Hi, I am not very comfortable with change.Though its not possibly in our hands when sometimes some things happen in life. We don't have any option except to accept it. I understand many people go on a road which they never ever dream't of being through. one of my cousin who was a physical trainer who never dream't of any business is into business now. He started a school and perfect in maintaining it. I am still i search of good job. Never no where my destiny takes me.

Oh yes, change is good. there is nothing wrong about it. Change is the only permanent thing in this world. Change is not constant. Change is good. I changed my work, my country and environment this year. Change is new. Nothing is permanent except change. So far, for a lot of changes I have made in my life, I have been seeing and feeling favorable outcomes. I have regained my self worth, I am excited again to work and face my students. However, this does not mean that I have changed me I am still me. I have still have the courage and the enthusiasm that once scorned and questioned, in which I myself have doubted on my capabilities as a person. and true now I am free and whole again. They must often change, who would be constant in happiness or wisdom. ~Confucius http://www.quotegarden.com/change.html

Oh yes, that's true, some people can not really adjust to changes even if they are forced to because it is there right in their nose. We can not take their torches for them, for we have torches too. We can not take say this is what you should do, because we really don't know what should they do and if the suggestion we will tell them will be applicable for them. that's is just sad... that we can just do so much for ourselves and for them.

As the saying goes "Change is the only constant". These days the changes are happening a bit too rapidly for most people's liking. But if you want to be successful and happy you need to be prepared for some change management. I am one who has been dealing with changes both in personal and professional life for quite some time and usually love doing it. I usually love to see different perspectives being tried out. Cheers! Change is the only constant thing in life. Nothing is permanent. As we know the earth is round, sometimes we're at the top but time comes, we'll be at the bottom. And it comes so unexpectedly at times. So we have to prepare for it. It may be hard to accept change sometimes but we are left with no choice because that is how life runs. And in order for us to survive and succeed we have to embrace change.

Being in the same work for almost 11 years makes me so bored at times. So I am finding ways to do my job with the same passion as before when I was just starting out. Most of the time I am caught up with work situations that are very common, no challenges that to quote others "I can even do the job with closed eyes". I love challenging and complicated work, it releases some kind of euphoria and satisfaction at the same time every accomplishments I do but after the thrill sets in, I feel like I am back to square one. I have set a two-years time from now to make a change in my source of income, so it is planned that I will venture into having my own business because being dependent in career alone will not bring me far. Change is really good and very welcome.

I always change job whenever I feel pressure by the employer and colleagues, I don't like to see them in the office everyday, but one company for sure I always go into work for part time is the market research company where I work as teleinterviewer. I meet a lot of friends there, having a good time working and this is what I thought of a good working environment.

I am not very good at adapting/change. I have had the same job since 2007... And for a 22 year old such as myself - that is like a lifetime! It's hard for me to face change with an open mind. That is something I need to change, for sure. Employers are looking for people who are more adaptive.

I am one petson who is not afraid to try doing.outside my comfort zone. I think that being able to do or just even try to do something new makes our lives more meaningful and.exciting as well. Change can make our life interesting, too.

Hi huazhao! I am a person who loves to explore new things. However, I know making constant change in our career can bring negative effect also in the sense that we are not mastering anything. We are always starting which is not a very good thing. That is why I was so glad that I was able to discover the beauty of the online world. I can try out new things without living what I have started. I can explore the world right in my own place. So even I am trying new things every now and then, it has no effect over my present career because I can have both. It is just a matter of time management. Have a nice day!

Making new changes and beating up traditional ways of living is one way putting all your resources and knowledge to other paths regardless of careers or businesses, It just goes to show that one way or another, the individual is not only capable of doing what he/she is familiar with but hence push him/herself in boundaries of other works. It also is indeed helpful to know other skills, or to know other knowledge about something. So that in the future, we can make most out of what new knowledge we acquired.

Well, I am in between of transition and still in what my expertise is. Actually, I have no expertise at all. I know that I am smart but I am not the type of person who will need a boss. I want to have my own business to run and to earn by my style. Transition is good for I am not into stucking up my mind. If I have no gain with the latter then I will find some changes for my improvement. But of course what I knew will always be my own and what I will learn can help me more and makes me more knowledgeable.

Yes, I am prepared for change. I have moved around a lot and am willing to change for a better opportunity. I do think that in order to succeed, it does take perseverance and also, commitment. And a willingness to develop oneself to become a better person.
