To rent or buy a house? That is the question I ask...

I have seen so many persons renting for many years and being stuck in renting. However a peron may opt to rent to be able to get married to the one they love and settle then go into owning a home as a couple.
The stuck part is killing me. How did you manage to get out of renting? What was your plan and procedure?
Hid you own your home right away? Or did you rent first?

It all depends on the situation. Ideally, it is best to own, but for some people, this is not the best option. Sometimes, people can't afford a mortgage or some tend to move around a lot, so renting might be the best option for them.

It is always the best choice to own a house... But I couldn't find fault for those who are into renting for I understand the financial crisis. It is only like this, if you have your money to buy a house then why don't you do it at all? And if you can't buy a house then renting a house is the best solution than ever.
