I know I'm a serious book freak and have been for as long as I can remember. Almost always I have a book in my shoulder bag or backpack. Sometimes I have read more than one book at a time (not all at once) but during the day for different occasions. Like one is my bus ride book, the second is my 'finished with homework book and the last is my must read. If its a really good book I will read it one day and turn it in and repeat the process. I just love books! My question is, are you a book freak?

ummmm yes! I am super picky about my books. I don’t really let people borrow them anymore unless I have another copy or okay with it being in less than perfect condition. I’ve learned my lessons! :) ALSO I have a HUGE thing for covers, I definitely judge a book by one. I get so happy every time I’m in a bookshop!

I am the same way! My friends often times come to borrow books and I am very reluctant to lend them away.I love going to my school's library and my local bookstore too. Especially wheb there are new additions to my favorite genres. Covers also play a big thing for me too.

I also love books and have started reading pocket books when I was in elementary. I remember reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and I was so happy when it became a movie. I too repeat reading the books that I have already read when it's so beautiful. I like the feeling of books taking you to another dimension and how the authors are describing things so precisely that you could imagine it on your mind. But ebooks are here so the bringing of a book in my bag is not that necessary for me. But I have a collection and put them on shelves and consider them as my treasures.

Books are my treasures, as I love the feel of pages when I'm reading.I enjoy ebooks cause I can read them at night under the covers.Books do take me to another dimension, I feel like I'm actually there looking at the story unfold.

I love books. My house is full of them. I also borrow from the library often. Reading is my favorite free entertainment, because I can always find a book to reread or use the library. Both of which are obviously free. I still went to buy more books than I should, but for the most part don't because the budget doesn't allow for it. So, yes, I'm a book freak, the challenge is to be an economical one.

I like reading as well. It's a good hobby to have! What are some of your favorite books, since you've stated this discussion? Any genre or do you have a particular genre you like? Personally I love memoirs, crime and mystery fiction, general fiction, some comedy/short stories here or there...Basically anything as long as it holds my interest. One of my favorites is "The Kite Runner", but I would also suggest "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", "Running with Scissors", and "A Milllion Little Pieces" - just to name a few. Do you have any suggestions for me?

I would call myself a book break ever since I was able to read. i was hooked at an early age and I just dont want to give the feeling that reading books gives me. I i find reading enjoyable and relaxing.

I am also the book freak. I like reading English novel, like Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, The Wuthering Height, Gone with Wind....Before I read them I will first enjoy the movie first. It makes me get to understand the plot more easily. I usually read it before I go to sleep or in class. i am just a book freak. have a nice day.

I like reading books typically before movies so I can compare. So many movies are different from the books, sometimes they cut out important things. I also like reading before goto sleep too. Though it makes it harder to put down.

Oh yeah. Throughly. I'm much like you, though I rarely carry more than one book unless I'm certain that I'm going to finish one during the day. It'd have to be a super-compelling and super-short book for me to finish it on my bus rides to class and back. But I just love to read, I always have and I can't remember a time where I didn't love books. I used to only read high fantasy with very few exceptions, but these days I find myself reading a very wide variety... lots of non-fiction too, though I never though I'd actually enjoy reading non-fiction. High fantasy is still my favorite genre though.

Yes! Books are the favorite memory of my childhood! I always wanted to be a librarian 'when I grow up' (which is gonna happen when I have a son or daughter of my own ... which I can only have once I have a wife ... which too many women are convinced I can only do AFTER I grow up! That might be a good-enough reason to invent time-travel!)
