sometimes i drink two cups of expresso, just to get the speed buzz. i love the feeling of coming down off a speed buzz. when you come down it feels so good. i just thought i would share that. lol. this is true, especially when you try it on an empty stomach. this may not be a good thing to do, but sometimes i must in order to meet up to all my responsibilities. it's better than doing real speed.

O . . . . You must be carefull with your stomach, , if you addicted with coffee I think you must try originally black coffee , especially if you blending by your self, I believe you will enjoy it , , ,

Instead of coffee ,I just like China tea ,which gives you a kind of peace .
