I have found 2 websites, which allow you to write html codes without knowing even basics of html.
These are very useful for those who have postponed their desire to create a html code generated website, as they don't know html.
html.am/
and
quackit.com/html/html_generators/html_code_generator.cfm
Put www. in front of them.

You can try codeacademy if you want to learn html and other programming language. The best part of codeacademy is that you can track your progress and don't have to install extra software. Right then and there, you can view the result of the code without living the site.
I hope that helps in journey of learning html and other languages.

Instead of relying on tools, why don't you learn from the basics. HTML is very easy. Once you know it, you can code with using Notepad. Here is a good site to learn. It is very clear and easy to understand. Hope you find this useful. (http://www.w3schools.com/)
