Dhow Cruisin' on my day! ^_^

I’m gonna be older again in 3 weeks, duh!
That’s a day before the New Year’s Eve. Even though I cannot stop myself from ageing that fast… I am still thankful that God keeps me alive and healthy!
And for that, I have decided to treat out my friends to a dinner dhow cruise on my birthday! I have already paid and booked for it on that day. I am away from my family so will be celebrating it with just my friends. And although my younger bro is working in this country too, he lives so far from where I stay. Wish my brother can make it on my day. I have told him to leave work early so he will be able to join us for a 2-hour cruise circling the creek, while we enjoy eating dinner buffet and watching a Tanura show.
My friends and my brother will surely love it for sure as they haven’t tried the dhow cruise here yet. I'm inviting you all my dear 'lotters to hop on the cruise with us! Be there at 8PM sharp!

Hmmm the cake, I still don't know what the flavor will be. It's not such a big birthday party so do not worry about the gift. A small one will be appreciated. 
But if you can bring a big gift then I would love it yey!!! LoL!

Hi there yanzalong,
If I convert it to the currency I have back home, yes per head would be expensive. For some people who are earning good it is not expensive for them. But I still find it a bit expensive, although not too much. I only invited my roommates, my brother and one friend. One is having her vacation to our country so she cannot make it. If i have invited a lot then that is really a big amount of money.

It will be exciting for my friends and brother as it will be their first time in a dhow cruise. I've been there twice before when a friend invited me on his birthday, and an office colleague who had rented the whole dhow for his baby's birthday party.

Happy belated I know your birthday have past. Yeah it sucks every birthday we get a year older.
