Do you think that when Kurt Cobain died, grunge died with him?
Also, this might be a weird question, but what are your thoughts that if Kurt Cobain and Nirvana were never around.. Do you think that grunge could have broken through with such bands as Soundgarden or Pearl Jam or Alice in Chains, etc. eventually?
Personally, I think that I, and probably most people do believe that grunge died in April 1994 when Kurt Cobain decided to take his life. I am curious to hear what the rest of you all think though!

Grunge didnt die. It de-evolved into emo.... And its further deteriorated into screamo....

Well everyone has their own opinions and I very much respect yours. But that is very cool, I certainly never thought of it that way :) Thanks for your response, that actually makes a lot of sense what you have said, and I will have to think of it a little bit more now. Though I love grunge, I still have a place in my heart for emo and screamo music as well
