I'm a 19yr old guy...Last month i had my Lipid Profile test and all the result were normal according to the report and also doctora said so.LDL and cholesterol were quite low and HDL was fine.Couple of weeks back doctor checked by heart and chest using stethoscope and reported that heart sounds were Ok.Other than it I have normal BP,I take evening walk daily other than my daily works and dont any cholesterol rich food.Is there any gross chance of me getting a heart attack?Because last niI sweated a bit and felt hot for sometime, though i was in winter garment and the climate was quite humid. Please clariffy as i'm tensed.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i think there is nothing to worry and just by sweating and feeling hot u should never think that u have got signs of heart attack, when u have all the reports saying normal and u are doing walks then why should u develop such negative thoughts. Besides u are staying away from oily foods which is a very good sign of averting chances of heart attack. Keep continuing your walks and it will help u a lot.
What say?
