It has been said that the star cannot sing live, that she always lip-syncs on her live performances. These are the work of haters of course. Rihanna Navy (as what Rihanna calls her fans) protects the star of course by stating the fact that Riri sings and DANCES on her live performances and just how would a person sing good while dancing a rather hard choreography.

a real star should be able to sing and dance at the same time. there are lots of talented artist who have been able to do it. she should be no different.

she uses a playback track when she's singing. how can you be sure that she's really singing? there have been performances of her on snl and i think they were both live. anyways, live or not, she's not a good singer. period.

I am not really sure if she actually is singing when she is on stage but I will say that she is a SMOKER. All that singing and dancing has to have her winded but she pulls it off. Her Navy is going to defend her tooth and nail but as a person who only likes 50% of what she does, I'll say her use of a certain narcotic might have improved her singing a little...lol

I disagree Rihanna lip syncing in a live audience, although yes some of her live performances aren’t vocally perfect but she does pull off a striking performance despite her vocal strains. It’s normal for recording artists to have a different vocals most especially when on live performance because unlike a recorded track it is not enhanced nor tricked by audio enhancers. It just goes to show that they are performing it real and that it’s normal that we all have lapses but despite that her performance is properly executed with theatrical production and staging.
