Talk the Aussie way

I have been watching a lot of Australian variety shows recently, the Xfactor to name one, I just got to say that I am loving every part of it. The Aussie slang and not to mention the Aussie accent. I want to learn more about it and by any chance, does any of you know a better way to learn how to talk the Aussie way?

I have also learned to love Australia when I started working for an Australian company two years ago. Although my job was via online only, still my job seemed to be like working in the office coz I get to talk to my boss every single day and sometimes we would have online collaboration for 5 straight hours! It was tiring, but I was happy. If I would have another chance to go abroad, Australia is on my top list.
