mturk is no longer allowing new member to join the site. i don't know whether this restriction is application of USA and india but for rest of other countries they can't join.
looking at your pic profile you are from india (if my guess is wrong please do excuse me...). mturk already has lot of member and just amount 2 months back they are rejected new members from joining.

What reason do they give for not approving? There's always a clear reason - chances are it's not available in your country or something.

There must have been more to the email. MTurk is owned by Amazon and they're not the sort to use 10 words where 100 will do!
If it's a country thing, there's really no way around it: even if you manage to register and do tasks, you won't be able to get your money out (unless you have an entire secondary identity in another country). You'd be better off finding equivalent sites that accept your country (Microworkers? Minifreelance? Others?).
Of course, if it's not a country thing, that's another matter!

@eckarthik39, I just visited your frofile to see your nationality. It is given as 'Unspecified'. But from username one can guess your country. ECkarthik...Karthik is an Indian name.I don't know why your are not specifying your country. And I noticed your age. It is 16. This may be the reason of non-acceptance of your application.MTurk is a good site owned by Amazon.com. This site now offer Indians withdrawing fund to the bank account in rupees.I think you have to wait to reach the specified age limit of 18.
