What is the best way to lose weight? Honestly I really find it hard to lose my weight again. :( Nowadays, I seldom eat rice and I also do some exercise but still I'm into gaining and not losing weight? What shall I do? Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Better try water diet. Just try drinking large amount of water before every meal in a month. :)

well, I myself went through a hard time losing excess fat. You see, LIFESTYLE is what really important in this cases. Less carbs and more on fiber is also suggested. Plus, replace the WHITE into BROWN... I've always maintained my preferred weight by just eating small portions of food but multiple times in a day. I find this effective for me. But if you can, I suggest you consult a dietician. They might be in a better position to suggest an effective and safe diet that's specifically for your body type. I mean, not all diet programs can be used by just any person. There might be a risk to our health if we use a wrong weight-loss method.

The best way to lose weight is to eat! Yep, the best way to lose weight is to eat at least three meals a day and three snacks a day, and to space those meals and snacks at least two hours apart. After you decide to eat, you have to think of what you are going to eat. The foods have to be "clean" foods, meaning no processed foods. There are way to many additives, chemicals and other unknown items in our foods, and if you really want to lose weight you have to eat clean foods. You will want foods like old fashioned oatmeal, brown rice, couscous, quinoa for your carbohydrates. These are filling, have loads of protein and fiber and will make you feel full faster and longer. You will want to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I love to eat apples and oatmeal every morning. It's delicious! For me it taste like apple pie. Make sure to invest in some whole grain wraps. Extreme wellness is a really good brand has 12 grams of fiber and 8 grams protein. Your vegetables should include sweet potatoes, romaine (ice berg is good, but mostly water) spinach, peppers, especially red ones. The more color the better off you are. Tomatoes, cucumbers, squash and zucchini are all great too. Make sure you're eating enough calories. I have found when I eat more clean foods, I can eat more foods and lose weight. It's crazy, you get to eat a ton of food and lose weight. How awesome is that? Always make time for exercise. Not only should you do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day, but strength training is very important. You won't get all bulky, and muscle is less denser than fat, and it takes more calories to sustain muscle. I honestly believe skipping meals will make you eat more. So what I do is balance my meals everyday, never eat more and never eat less. Even though its an hour of skipping ropes, its helps burn fats. I notice that I never gain weight, even though I lose weight very slowly but the important part is I don't gain weight but I also can eat a piece of comfort food. hehe
