We all are equal here at Mylot. I was reading some members comment in one of my post where they had mentioned that they are new here and commenting on other members discussion they are thinking twice. What I told that members we are all same here at Mylot and there is no discrimination in the members as old member and new members. No doubt as old members they may have more experience about this site, but being new members we won't remain new, we may think for few days we are new. I have seen and read the discussion of new members which are very nice and readable too.
My friends keep in mind in our life we are all students and every day we learn new things in our life. We need to add and we are adding also new new knowledge daily to our existing knowledge. And learning is such a process which is an never ending process in our life. Whatever we learn is always less and we feel like learning more.
Same way sharing knowledge with others makes us more intelligent as we all knew by doing so we are making other also knowledgeable in this world. Not only this guiding other in the right direction is the best social service in ones life and for which you will get the blessing from God.
And do you all such we can perform at one platform in our life, and that platform we are having it in form of "MYLOT".

I agree with all your words above. We are all equal here whether new or old. It's more fun to be with our friends here and enjoying discussions from new and old ones.
We are all fair so we have to enjoy every single moments here.

I also read some discussion about that. I agree with you statement here, we are all members, enjoying the same privileges and therefore we should not think that others are better than us when it comes to performance. There maybe things that we know that others do not know. We can always share new knowledge to others and at the same time we can learn new things. That is what myLot is all about. Sharing.

Yes this what I am always telling here that what we have other may not be having as God has given each person power to think and make their thinking the way they want. No one can think in the same fashion as we think and we cannot think the way other are thinking. Same way it is expressing our feeling and views on certain subject also.

I never differentiate old and new members. We can learn from everyone. Many people here are very well knowledgeable. I like to get new things from them...

Even when I had join this site first two days I was not knowing how to start and how to comment on other members post. I had made some mistake in the beginning by just comment back in few words which I should have not done. But later I came on the road of Mylot style to comment on other members post and discussion. And now I am enjoying giving my views in form of comment on other members post which I have given on your comment. I am sure you must have like it.

It doesn't matter to me whether you are a new member or an old one, the important thing is we are helping each other out, mostly new members makes a discussion about some rules here that they don't know,hence we as an old member we must help them understand more about here and give them knowledge to be able to have a better reputation here. It's just a matter of helping and sharing. And you are right we are all equal here.no discrimination.

Right totally true, if it happen that i saw a new member not following rules then, we can give them tips and advises about the rules. They are new hence they are not really familiar of all the rules here,we must understand them and teach them how to earn good.

Hi sriroshan, thank you for sharing your opinion relative to herein issue in mylot. Well, I am also a new member herein site and trying to explore things by reading more on different discussions, responses and articles which could be more beneficial, useful which serve as an avenue for me to utilize additional learning. However, discrimination as you've mentioned which referring to a new member. For my own understanding, it's either a certain member is NEW or OLD members has no right to possess discrimination regardless in what country or race we are come from, and it has definitely no room on this site (Mylot). Tenure of members has nothing to do if you cannot carefully attributes quality of topics and responses in a particular discussion. It doesn't mean that when a member is new the quality of his works has obtained less-value at all. It is not the basis and measurement of quality ideas and opinions. That's actually differs to a possible scenario wherein an old member has shared more discussions but still his topics and responses lack its quality and cannot vouch the value of competency. Quality of topics and responses matters on the members ability and capacity on how they exactly express and construct answers and discussions in a worthy and quality form. And it will not requires tenure.

And this one of the best features Mylot is having and may be because of this once the person join this site never quit easily. Everyone likes to spend as much time as they have here as everyday we find different stuff from different part of the world to taste and try it out (here I mean post, discussion and comments).

Frankly speaking i too has this hesitation when i was new here. But slowly i learnt new things here. And unknowingly i am already one year old here. I didn't even recognize this till recently.
Mylot is knowledgeable platform no doubt about this.

I will say in this case "Experience count in every where we go". Once we get the experienced about how to comment on discussion etc and once we received our first payout here (I am sure we all have take much time to reach towards our first payout), then we can sail smoothly here
