Do you think clothes has any importance in perceiving some one.Do you treat some one dressed nicely and the person who is unaware of fashion differently?
You are what you wear really?

The important factor is whether a person is dressed presentably, with the actual choice of style or fashion being totally irrelevant. We all have different tastes, which is reflected in our choice of clothing as in anything else, so to judge a person purely by that standard would be as naïve as judging them on their choice of music or hobbies. If someone makes the effort to maintain personal hygiene and dress presentably then I do not really care what type of clothes they wear.

Yes, I personally I believe that what a person wears describes the way he wanted people to treat him. I do not treat people who are unaware of the trending fashions but as long as he wears appropriately and decently, then I respect him.

As much as possible, I try to treat everyone equally regardless of the clothing they wear. But this pertains only to fashion. It's a whole different story when it comes to neatness and appropriateness. I mean, people who don't take time to at least see if their shoes are clean or their shirts are not that crumpled somehow shows a bit of their personality - someone unorganized. And this is really a factor when it comes to business. Or let's say someone inappropriately wearing skimpy and revealing clothes when going to church shows a slight hint of disrespect.
