Do you guys think that you drink too much Coca-cola or any other soft drinks during the day?
Personally, I believe I do. On average, I drink about 3 cans of coke a day.. Which equals just over a Liter/34 ounces. I guess that it could be worse but I really think I should be cutting back on my intake of soda.

I personally think that drinking the Coca-cola three cans a day is a lot. Usually I just drink it once a week. Of course I like drinking Coca-cola but I also know it is not a healthy drink. This is why I try to drink it less for the sake of my health.

Yes, you are right of course. I wish I could cut drinking coke to once a week! When I was much younger I only drank it maybe once every 2 weeks or once a month. But my goal in the near future is to simply cut my Coca-cola intake from 3 cans a day to 2 cans then to 1 can a day and that will be good for me for a while.

Ah, gone were the days when I could chug a 1.5 liter Coke in a single meal (for breakfast, that is), and a can of Coke was just an arm's reach away. The fact is, I developed a intolerance for caffeine, and I'm still unsure of what caused it. Yes, I can't drink Coke, coffee, even chai latte -- anything with caffeine is off-limits. One time I even got sick from drinking too much iced tea. Anyway, I can't really ask you to cut down on your soda, but... drinking less makes you enjoy it all the more, if you know what I mean.

Wow, no kidding! I don't mean to sound like a snob or a weird person or anything when I say this but I never ever drink coke in the morning and I probably have before but if I have I could count on one hand how many times that has happened to me in my lifetime haha.
Sorry to hear that you can't drink caffeine anymore, that is a bit of a shame. And not like it is my fault or anything too, but that is not too fun I am sure. But obviously there are other ways to get energized and what not. And I do know what you mean about how cutting back on things can make you enjoy them all the more when you go back to them later on, that certainly is how it works. Cheers! :)

Ah, good old coffee. I do not blame you one bit for being a coffee addict, it is so delicious and smells great as well! Though, coffee actually has a bit more caffeine in it than there is in coke. But I guess on the other hand, you can control how much sugar goes into your coffee and you clearly can not control how much sugar goes into a regular coke. Unless of course you drink a diet coke.. Kind of stating the obvious here really.. But I never was a diet coke fan myself. Anyhow.. Yes I should cut down on coke for sure, I plan on doing so hopefully soon one day.

Long time ago I use to drink 1 liter of soda drink especially if your eating, taking a snack or just watching television. I couldn't imagine myself able to consume 1 liter of soda drink in a day so that would be 7 liters a week if I count the whole week of my consumption. However, I recently reduced my intake of soda drinks because there are times that I suffer from a decrease in appetite. I cannot eat well, because the acid in the soda drink makes you feel full all day especially if you consume or drink too much. Right now I developed an ulcer, so I need to really avoid drinking soda as much as possible, because the acid again will irritate my stomach. Now, all i can drink now is a glass of soda the whole day, and not as frequent as everyday, only in some occasions and I really try my best to avoid soda. Soda drinks contain lots of sugar and excessive intake of soda can lead to the development of diabetes that is why I don't drink soda as much as when I was able to drink a liter per day.
