The best way to motivate referrals

Do you have any tips in order to make your referrals always get active? I try to give sign up bonus and share from my referrals earning back to them. I hope it will work to motivate them. What about you?

Just a piece of advice. Be careful here on myLot because if you have a referral who loses their account before they reach their payout, you will lose your referral earnings. If you give them a sign-up bonus and that happens then youwill be out of pocket I give my referrals here a bonus. When they reach their payout I give them back half of the referral earnings that they have created for me. Those onlycome from participation earnings and not from rewards and tasks so when they get paid we have to do some calculations to see how much I have to send them. Thise seems to make some of them more active but not all of them. Sadly there are many who join thinking that they will get paid for doing nothing here

Really? Think about it carefully because it would mean cancelling and starting again right for the beginning with no star and no privileges.

If I have an active referral, I can motivate him or here. I give him a bonus of a dollar. It depends upon his or her activation.

Try to make a blog about it cause by that way, you have a chance to get someone who might interested. Just give it a try, it's free anyway.

I joined in some discussions and forums similar to my interest which is how to earn money online. I have tried to convince some of my friends and my families to be my referrals here in Mylot but just one of my friends joined in but he is not that active. In some of my earning site I have a referrals since I showed them my proof of payment. Proof of payments is one of the effective ways to gain referrals. I haven't yet reach the minimum pay-out here in Mylot but once I have got paid here then I will start to convince the other who are interested in making money online.

Yes, payment proof is a great way to convinced someone to register. But it isn't make them more active, sign up bonus and rcb will make them more active as your referrals. Cause they will have double chance to get paid. By you and by the site it self.

No special tips for motivate the referral because I notice most of the referrals join the site but leave in the middle they not interested for doing the work because they say earning is less. If anyone is your close friend or family members then you can try to make referral to them.

Maybe the problem is, it take too long to reach the minimum cashout. By this way, it could motivated them. Cause they aren't need to wait to reach the minimum payout. Also, they have double chance of getting paid. From you and from the site. I believe it will give them more spirit to be more active.
