This question to atheists .
I can re-wording of the question in another way : From Where are derived the laws of physics stability even for just one hour?
[41.53] We will show them Our signs in all the horizons and in themselves, until it is clear to them that it is the truth. Is it not sufficient that your Lord is witness over everything? "

If I understand you correctly, you mean something like
What maintains the physical laws of the universe?
For instance, why does Newton's universal Gravitation Constant remain,
F=G (m1m2/r2) and not sometimes be F=G + x (m1m2/r2)
Well the easy answer is these are constants just as C is taken as constantly is app 300,000,000 ms-2
But, these are assumptions, for instance, there have been papers written suggesting that C has decayed with time and in the past was greater
There is no purely logical reason why such constants must remain the same but the universe would be strange and unpredictable indeed where they not to.
For the believer, God is the maintainer. Such questions remain outside the domain of science, that offers no explanation.
all the best, urban

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean where do the "laws" come from?
They're observations.
