it was on my birthday and i felt sad that in the morning my husband never even remembered my birthday.we went to work and i felt so bad and decided i would not even remind him of it.my sister called me to meet after work briefly and i went and we had a small chat and she gave me a gift and a card and i was happy someone thought of me.she decided to drop me home since it was getting late.when i got home my husband was sprawled on the seat reading a paper and i felt so mad that he still didnt remember.since my sister had walked in with me i decided to play it cool.i went to my room to put away my gift and my sister called out to me to hurry she was leaving.when i walked into the sitting room, flower petals were scattered leading to the backside of our house.when i stepped out a table was laid out for two, with candles lit around the table there was some nice back ground music and a chef standing ready to serve us, my husband and sister appeared from the shadows singing happy birthday with my favourite white forest cake.i cried in happiness and was so overwhelmed.my sister helped the chef serve us and left for her house.what started out as a bad day turned to be among the sweetest days of my life.what has your partner done to colour your day so specially and romantically?

My boyfriend said that he cannot make it on my birthday as he's very busy in the office and was not able to book a plane ticket. I cancelled the reservation in the restaurant and I got really sad because it seemed like he cannot be contacted via mobile phone. I got so pissed off and swore never to forgive him.
My friend, who didn't even said "happy birthday" to me on that day, approached me and asked me to accompany her to buy something in the mall. I got a little upset because I thought nobody remembered my birthday, or maybe they didn't know that it was my birthday. I went with her anyway and I got very pissed when she said that we need to pass by a restaurant because she needs to make a reservation for someone else's anniversary party.
When we got at the restaurant, I didn't want to come out of the car, but she insisted and I felt so disappointed and harassed because I was thinking that she didn't even care how I felt - I got soooo tired and I want to rest, and here's this lady who's very demanding and so insensitive about my feeling (or so I thought), but I still did her a favor and went in to the restaurant with her...
When we went inside, it was so dark and then I heard a scream that goes "happy Birthday!"....only to find out that it was a surprise birthday party for me. All of my friends were there...and then my boyfriend came out from the door and he gave me a huge bouquet of flowers. I cried so hard because I got really surprised and I felt like my boyfriend deceived me or something, but I was happy about the entire idea anyway. It was really funny, exciting and nerve-wracking. haha!

that was so beautiful.i know how hurting it feels when you think your loved ones have forgotten you and when they do something like this for you,you feel so special and loved.i think its good we also make a point of having such great suprises too for those we love,if someone can hold such a memory so dear you will always have a place in their hearts.
