Pizza.

Pizza, I love pizza a lot. I can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Although its an Italian food, it's sweeping Filipinos to their feet. Just like my dream of going to U.S to experience so much place there.

If you ever come to Los Angeles, there is a place called California Pizza Kitchen. While they serve traditional pizzas, they also have those with seafood toppings, garlic sauce and other international flavors. Though I love a nice, thick Chicago-style with chunky vegetables and meats, my favorite non-traditional pizzas are Thai Chicken, Garlic Shrimp, Peking Duck and BBQ Chicken/Hawaiian style. Because of dietary reasons, I have to have mine with thin crust, preferably wheat or whole grain and I limit meat toppings. So I've also come to like those with spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and fresh or roasted peppers. Though I love to cook, one thing I could never get down was making my crust thin. Maybe it's because I don't have enough counter space or the patience but sometimes I use flatbread or remove the excess from a dense bread like Italian or sourdough and pile on my toppings with marinara sauce. In the States, there are many places to try so there isn't one I can really suggest. However, my least favorite pizza chains are Pizza Hut (too greasy and they smell funny) and Little Ceasars, which has no taste.

As long as it's hot, I could also eat pizza any time of the day . A bit expensive though especially the real Italian pizzas with all the toppings on it.
