How to transfer music from laptop to ipod touch

Got my iphone 4s and ipod touch today just a gift for chirstmas im happy cause ill be in my lot anywer the thing is i dont want want to pay to get music i have lots in my laptop but i dont know how to transfer it to my new gadget can anyone help me

if you want trasfer music from your laptop to your ipod or iphone you cna dowload itunes in this way you can manage all using this software designed by apple for ther products!!
