Clicks4cents - Died ?

It is a bad news to most of the online earning here.
Yesterday, the PTC-Investigation just moved this Clicks4cents to his Watch list and the cash out threshold was increased from $1.00 to $2.50 .
Today, this clicks4cents can not be accessed anymore.
I do hope it will resumed since I still have some balance in it.

I believe, the admin (Specter) is very well reliable. Just wait, it may be back up any time. And Specter will promptly update his members. (I think there should be some technical issue beyond his control.)
