Well I posted about the painful prodedure (Radiofrequency Rhizotomy )
Today I was advised I need it on my upper back/neck area..SO here
I go again...
But I am going to wait until after the New Year...I am going to see
my brother who is having the radition seed implant for his prostate
cancer..I am going to try to stay with him for a month. He is over
500 miles away from where I live...I am the oldest of 6 siblings and
I feel a huge need to be there with him...
But that procedure hurt me so much I just can not imagine the needles in
my neck, its so much more tender than my lower back..But if it will
help the pain Ihave to go for it...OUCH...did I say that...

I would not trust the doctors on that one you I were you.I would look for a Chiropractor instead or a holistic doctor or get some natural treatement for all thngs, our back is very fragile a wrong move from the doctor and your a veggie for the rest of your life.

Thank you beenice for your feedback...But if you had read
the previous reponse you would have seen I have tried other
remedies like chiopractor, acupuncture and etc.
I was a little leary but I don't live my life like that,,I'am
a believer and I have faith...which allows me to believe that
I will be fine... A mistake could happen at any medical facility
by any medical staff..
But you have also know that there are people who have never had
that procedure and is a veggie for life...I feel we have to
pick and choose our battles...and be ready to accept the consequinces.
I knew it was going to be painful but I also knew that nothing
I had tried before had worked for me...

One thing that I try to get everybody to consider is alternative opinions. Go to a specialist, go to an herbalist, go to a chiropractor, go to an accupuncturist. Second opinions can never HURT you. You also never know, you may find a better, less painful, alternative. Hope all goes well.

Thanks mailer for your suggestions...I did try a chiropractor as
well as an acupuncturist..neither one helped me at all...I went
from a orthopedic surgeon to a neurologist to a Pain Managememt
doctor...Its not like I haven't tried other sources...
thanks again for responding....
