As opposed to bobbing for them. Add some apples to your weekly grocery list. They're one of the easiest and best ways to prevent bad cholesterol from being absorbed in your body. We went Costco yesterday and I got about 10 or 12 apples in a plastic container. They were about $6. and some change. I eat one apple a day but dad said he would take some so they don't go bad, otherwise I'll have to make apple sauce out of them. Which isn't a bad idea either. Do you eat alot of apples? Do you have a specific brand you like best? I do but will eat almost any if not too sour or hard to chew/bite.

We bought some Fiji apples and tangerines when we got groceries this time. I cut them up and eat them with cheese or alone. I like this type especially because they are crisp and flavorful. I usually buy enough that we have some downstairs and I can have some upstairs in my snack box.

I am not a big fan of apple, but I would like some after lunch or dinner since it is healthier in produce category. I usually have orange, or other fruits instead. Eating Apple is good too that is what I heard from other people from work. I just wonder why my mom never consider getting some Apple from the supermarket. She always got oranges.

I always shop for apples. They are really healthy. And apple is one of the favorites of my son. :-) Have a nice day!
