Lawmakers in the Philippines were seeking a ban from Canadian Justin Bieber or Justina Bibs. She is insulted boxing icon Manny Pacquiao for Persona Non Ingrata.
Representative Carol Jane Lopez wants Bibz to be ban in the Philippines or boycott his songs.
I do not need Bibz to apologize to Manny because I really hate him.
What do you think of this?
Just look at the news:

I'm not a fan of this Bieber or Justina Bibs ever since he step in the music scene. well for he did to Manny and to all the Filipinos I think he deserve to be ban here for the rest of his life. He insulted our Filipino boxing champ. he really shows that he is a puppet of Floyd Mayweather.

Well there is nothing wrong for being a fan of Mayweather or rather not an issue here. But as a public figure gayber should be really careful with his statements because people are eyeing on him in the first place. So every actions and words that are coming from him would be a big deal and being monitored by millions of fans and haters.

Honestly I can't understand what the deal is besides that he picked at the guy. To ban him over that seems a little oh I don't know CHILDISH!!? Someone needs to tell this Carol chick not to get her diapers in a wad.

making fun of people is a big deal because it is wrong, but we should leave the punishing (if you will call it that) to his mother and other people.
reacting the way they do about Beiber did is also being childish.

I do think there is no need for him to be banned or tagged as persona non grata status. I think if the whole nation was disappointed with that uncalled for joke over the net then I guess it does not need any law to ban him but he will just lose the respect of his fans if he stand firm on his statements.

I do agree with what you said rsa. No need for him to be banned, because the people would throw tomatoes at him, if and whenever he comes here again.

I heard Manny from the news to just ignore him. He is just a kid and I think he is so full of himself. The best approach to this is just to ignore him. We can not ban every celebrity who says bad things about us. Manny himself does not care about Justin Bieber so why the other representative is so sensitive about it? For popularity I guess.

If that was a real reason to ban someone... no mexican singer would ever be able to sing. its part of the glory and right to free speach. if someone doesnt like a song, then they dont have to buy it or even listen to it. great post Peter.. take care my friend.

I don't think it's a good idea because there are lots of Beliebers in the Philippines. We surely don't want them banging on MalacaƱang all day. And if they ban all of his songs, they will just find a way to listen to them. Just let him be, it's his own conscience and first of all, it's Manny Pacquiao's right to defend himself against anyone insulting him. If he did not take any action about it, then we don't have to do anything unless he changed his mind.

boys will be boys, he's still young and prone to mistakes like this. we should teach him that what he is doing is wrong not because it is manny but because it is always wrong to make fun of people.
but it is not the job of the lawmakers to do that. What they are doing is either over the top or "polticizing" again.

Maybe the decision is OA or too much but I would rather accept it of banning him. Remember what he did in Naia terminal 3 on how he became rude to the father of his fan when he is just asking for his autograph? Well banning him could be better but not to boycott his songs because that is way too much. I have this feeling that Justina is loathing our country that is why it is really better for him to be banned.

I am not a fan of justin too,i really dont like him in the first place because he is too arrogant, the way he talks and the way he moves.though i admit that he has a good voice and his songs were great but i dont like his personality.i dont know why many people admire him that much.was it just because he is handsome and cute?well today, his color is truly seen,he must first know who pacquiao really is before he will say something bad.
