We are two people from same family but we have only one pay pal account. So can we both use same pay pal account to get payments here or do we need to make different accounts as Indian govt has put too many restrictions on pay pal accounts.

Sorry,i don't know much about it.But it is allowed to have two accounts with the same computer, but different email ids and different Paypal ids.You can also check FAQ and contact option for more information about this.

hey no need for that. you can trasfer the amount to your single Paypal account. There is no restriction for that. Mylot will transfer the amount to the Paypal account whatever it may be that you have mentioned. Payapal or the Indian governement never put such a limitation. It's same as we can open a joint account as in our banks.

But keep in mind if your family member is filing the Income Tax Returns then he has to show this money being received in his bank as Income from Other Source (other income), which is added to total income for the year and will be taxed accordingly.

Yes you can do it but you have to declared it to Mylot by filling or adding the information in payment mode. I am sure one of the member had provided the link also in his discussion. But don't forget to keep the track about what you get via paypal to your bank since this earning is added as other income when you file your Income Tax Returns.
