Starting a discussion and discussion responded

You do not start a discussion here. You post a topic for discussion and until you come back and comment to the rsponses it is only a question with some answers. Why should you earn for the responses that others make an effort to post? Is there any job anywhere that pays someone for what other people do? If you type you will earn. If others type, then they earn, not you.

1) Your earnings are calculated on the QUALITY of your participation over 24 hours, NOT on any individual post, discussion, respomce, comment &c. (And if a discussion is deleted, then the earnings are recalculated for that day). If one were to count the number of posts made by someone and divide that into the earnings for the day, the result would be different for everyone (but a figure of "1 cent per post" would be less than anyone who cares about the quality of their participation should expect). 2) If I post a response to a discussion of yours, I earn for that - you don't. If you comment on/reply to the responses you get, then that is your participation and you earn for it. Those people who just post "discussions" and don't reply to any of the the responses they get are missing the whole point of the site (and won't earn very much at all)!

I could be wrong but even if you get no responses you get credit for the discussion. I do know that you don't get .10 for 10 responses or even discussions. Admin keeps all that a secret.

you earn for being active and participating in discussions. You only earn for what you type, not what others type. Even if you don't get responses to your discussion, you still earn for starting it, provided it is has substance and of a good quality. I think a lot of people have the idea that they will earn from other people and that just isn't true. Each user only gets paid, for what they themselves type. It has always been that way, and still is, and will continue to be that way. Just continue to be active and participate, and you will earn. Take care, and have a great day.

I do not know about this that if we get 10 respons for our post we will be paid certain amount like what you have mentioned. But I knew whether we comment on the reponses of the members who has commented on our post and when we comment on other members post we get paid and more when our comment is quality comment

Thanks for this question. I am new as well and I learned alot from the answers of others answering your question. Thanks for all who answered and took the time to explain. I seem to be earning from responding to a discussion. I haven't started that many discussions. But, I am still earning.

In my observation about participation, Sometimes Admin add cents in other dates. I did 10 responses in 1 day but I earn lower than 10 cents. Well, I will have to figure out this again.

hi art pinoyguide no no whoever told you that you earn for the responses we typed on your discussion is wrong, We did the work we get the pay and you get zip until you type ten responses., here you type you earn, and I type a response to your discussion I earn. remember that.here we who type earn, if you type you earn but nobody here is paid for someones elses work ever. And where did you get the idea of rates? mylot d oes not have rates as it pays strictly for quality and not quantity. so be active and do guality work and you will earn nicely. You only earn a few cents if you get no responses on your discussion.So participate by responding to others discussions and when making a discussion and getting responses you must type comments back to get well paid. I repeat YOU DO NOT GET PAID FOR OUR RESPONSES. WE DID THE WORK AND WE GET THE P AY. YOU DO THE WORK YOU GET THE PAY.

No,you can't earn for other's responses.You will earn for what you will do.Suppose you start a discussion and it attracts ten responses,then you comment back to all your responses,then you will earn for that.Earning depends upon what you write in mylot.
