Roselle sorbet - anyone tried making it?

I made roselle sorbet today! After some Googling for recipe, i found a very simple sorbet recipe and decided to try it! Cold dessert might not be so popular now, because it's rainy season here, but I did it anyway. And it turn out okay. I bet lots of people have tried making sorbet, but no one tried making roselle sorbet. Should I patent it?

That sounds divine! I love hibiscus mint tea, and while I wouldn't know where to get roselle calyxs here in Texas, I suspect that I would LOVE it!

Hey, i think you will love it definitely. Hibiscus is common here, but i never tried them as tea. maybe i'll try that one.
