i don't know to cook a lot of things. so i would try to research now online what i can manage to cook. maybe some simple things. I may just buy some easy to cook food. i don't like spaghetti. it is just too common. and it is not that there are so many people who would eat in our place. just a few of us for now. but anyway, i just hope that i can prepare something i would enjoy. I was planning to have pork barbecue but it is a lot of work for me. So I don't think I should cook that.

There are lots of recipes available in the internet that are easy to cook .. so don't worry you will find one.. I don't cook so I can't suggest you anything but I can suggest you in the dessert that you can prepare for christmas that is easy like fruit salad, tiramisu and leche flan..

It`s not worth it anymore to buy cook books to start cooking. There are easy recipes in videos with step by step lessons online. But the first thing you have to do is to makle up your mind about what do you want to have for Christmas.

I was going to suggest seitan, since it is both healthy and yummy. I was thinking seitan and veggies in maybe a honey mustard sauce, but I came across a recipe (http://www.peta.org/living/vegetarian-living/recipes/rosemary-and-hazelnut-encrusted-seitan.aspx) for a rosemary- and hazlenut-encrusted seitan that would probably be fairly easy for you to make. Then, just cut up some veggies (I'd go with carrots and potatoes), drizzle them with some olive oil, sprinkle with a hint of salt and roast them. You could also make a nice spinach salad. For dessert, bananas drizzled in chocolate and topped with whipped cream would be a quick and easy way to go. Simple. Easy. Not terribly time-consuming. Plus, it would be healthy and beautiful.

You could always get a already prepared ham and all you have to do is put it into the oven to warm it up. That is a christmas dish. Then you could get some box mac and chesse to fix with it. All you have to do is cook the noodles ontop of the stove. Then you can also get some can vegtibles. I now it kinda sounds like a cheap meal but if you dont now how to cook many things that would be a great and easy meal. But if i were you i would throw all the packages away so that no one would ever see how easy your meal was to prepare. I hope this helps you out a little. Thanks for the discussion.

Same here, I researched for recipes online of some food I want to cook. I only know a few recipes by heart. We've been cooking spaghetti for most occasion, so this time I'm going to try carbonara. I had to check online for recipes to make that, and I did find one. I'm now excited to prepare the ingredients and cook them all on Christmas eve. Good luck finding good stuff online.
