When does this madness of shooting stop?

Just got word of another shooting in America. This time in an elementary school. At least 18 kids got killed. This is happening more and more lately. Also today 22 kids got stabbed in a school in China. Why don't governments still allow citizens to buy weapons? For me it's clear as 2X2=4. The world is over populated. People can't find rest and peace. You would think through evolution people would get more civilized. But too many are still barbarians. I noticed that 99% of these cases find place in Western country. Doesn't that ring a bell somewhere?

stories like this are always horrible, why should innoncent kids suffer for some nutter to prove a point and become a Martyr its so sad. And you are right why do government allow companies to sell weapons. do we really need weapons in our day to day life? i think not.
