I use yahoo e-mails instead of my any own server based email program. I do n't have to send any particular e-mail to anyone. I seldom send any e-mail to anyone. I send seldom e-mails to the sites which i've joined and sometimes, i send e-mail to my few chat fellows. Otherwise, i do n't have to send any e-mail to anyone and never send.

I switched to web based email when my server a while back offered it and I found it to be a lot better because #1, you don't have to worry about a computer crash on your end as they have all the stuff stored so nothing is lost, #2 they give you a little extra comfort as far as security goes and #3 you can access your email from anywhere so if there's ever something you need you don't have to wait!

I prefer to use Outlook Express. I use gmail for many things like mylot but that can be used with Outlook Express. I also have an email through my hosting company and those I like with Outlook as well. I can use web based for both also but Outlook is easier for me.

Hi! I have had the same hotmail address for years. I use it for things I don't want to lose or if giving it out is risking getting spam in return. I get so much spam at that address! My main email address is the one provided by my ISP. I only give that to people I trust! :-)

My friends family & sites like myLot I use my AOL email account. For other sights where I have to sign up for something like freebies etc I use a Yahoo account. That helps me avoid BS emails in my main account. A lot less spam to deal with. I have never used my Yahoo account for personel emails. I have had to go back & renew Yahoo due to not usuing it except for the spammer sites. Happy postings from Grandpa Bob

My primary e-mail is a server based e-mail program, and I have switched to Mozilla's Thunderbird because I was having a lot of problems with Outlook Express. I am happy with Thunderbird, although it took a bit of getting used to after years of using Outlook Express. I also have a web-based program at buffalo.com that I use for newsletters and when I enter contests, etc. to try to cut down on the spam coming into my primary address.
