Baked macaroon trees

Today I baked all-natural gluten free maroon trees. There was an article in a magazine so we decided to use it to make this new treat! It took around 1 hour to make, and was not that simple. Making sure the ingredients were all stuck together and making them into trees was very messy since there was a lot of coconut. It seems like they will be pretty delicious, especially with the sugar we sprinkled on top! I can't wait to try one out!

So, to make 18 macaroon trees you need 2 egg whites, 2 1/2 cups of coconut, about 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract, about 2-3 cups of sugar. You mix those all together, and then you combine them into the trees. You then put them in the oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes, and after they are done you sprinkle confectioner's sugar on each of them.
