How to PXE boot?

I can't find any instructions on how to PXE boot with the samsung slate PC. How do I get to PXE boot? I enabled the network boot option but it just flips from PXE boot over IPV4 then PXE boot over IPV6 then goes back to the BIOS screen. What do I need to do?
